In the deepest parts of the city and areas where no one dares to venture, people can find places that are there but shouldn't be there. Secret organizations, companies, crime lords and others gather together to get the upper hand in every day life, some even going to the extreme of placing huge money into experiments and special programs. Aside from the normal groups that wish to be part of these special projects, even governments are known to be in on the deal as well. No one is safe and no one can be trusted, those you think who are your friend and family might just be part of top secret projects.

When it comes to Elite, it isn't clear exactly who she is, what she is or where she came from. The information known the most about her is that she exist, with no information on her past, where she was born or any family tree, it is hard to find or capture her. Elite doesn't speak much and many times only speak the necessary, though she is very vigilant and mindful of her surroundings at all times. When it comes to missions she goes all out to get the job done swiftly and perfectly always, making her the prime candidate for all kinds of missions which involves a variety of locations and settings. With no friends, family or anyone to relay on, she has become very self sufficient and universally talented in learning and knowing all kinds of things. The worse part about Elite is not the fact that nothing is known about her.... Her mission is also totally unknown!

A cannon in the form of a pistol, this energy weapon fires highly unstable energy shots which energy source is unclear. The pistol has fully automated reload and capable of firing single shots, burt shots or full auto, it also doesn't seem to have a clip capacity and can fire indefinitely. It takes a moment to fire one shot after another but the wait is very slight, making it a highly versatile weapon. Despite its size and looks it is very lightweight but not easily concealed, when it comes to energy used by the weapon it seems to use multiple elements. However, once the energy is fired from the weapon its tracer always appear to be purple, the energy blast is extremely potent and capable of punching holes or melting just about any material it comes in contact with. When it comes to top secret weapons of all kinds, there is no weapon more unknown and mysterious than the beam cannon used by Elite!

No one knows where this location is exactly, and it is not because it uses a special hologram to conceal itself. It is because this site seems to move randomly after some time stationed at a location, this makes it extremely tough to infiltrate or plan a raid when its whereabouts are known. The building also seems to be very strange in its form and structure, but one thing is for certain.... No one knows what possibilities or horrors lie inside!
